By downloading, installing, or using Missn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Missn is a productivity application that helps you manage tasks, emails, and calendar events in one unified interface. The App integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail and Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Missn.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jan Koch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
